Need help for your UC symptoms? Vitality Stack!

Pleasantly unexpected, I have to say!  I have been managing my Ulcerative Colitis (UC) by diet for years now.   I started with the FODMAP diet and found my triggers via trial and error. Recently, I have noticed I am able to tolerate more of many foods I hadn't previously!  While not necessarily scientific, it is encouraging.
